This week the kids were off of school. The sorry charlie had private charters of 6 kids. A fun day in the bay for striped bass On tuesday we had a half day afternoon family of 5 people 3 of them were small kids. The bass were hitting and we caught well . We fished close to jones beach and had some real nice bass fishing
we fished on thursday with a half day morning charter near freeport and some great striped bass action . we had a small kids birthday party and boated some nice bass and bluefish. Kids as small as 5 years old were able to fish and catch some nice fish. With the help of the on board mate the kids got a quick safety lesson then a fishing lesson and were off catching fish soon after.
